~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Anna Wolfe is a singer/songwriter born in Willoughby, Ohio who is currently based out of Nashville, Tennessee. She has just started her seventh all original, folk album with a new label called “Muddy Sunshine”, which is also located in Nashville.
Performing since age two, writing music since age seven, and playing guitar and piano since age nine, Anna recorded her first full- length album in high-school by winning a creativity scholarship with her best friend Sydney Kalnay, which allowed them to record in a professional recording studio for the first time. Since then she has written and recorded six more albums, including her 2005 release, “My Treasure” which was produced by Wendy Waldman.
Anna has performed for all ages in theaters, clubs, coffee houses and house concerts as well for kids and adults with special needs. She performs bi-weekly for the elderly in nursing homes and for the residents of Alive Hospice in Nashville. She also performs for adults and children in hospitals, organizes and plays benefit concerts, visits and sings one-on-one for house bound elders and writes and performs music for worship services, weddings and other special events.
Anna is held in high esteem as a writer by her peers and fans and is dedicated to writing and performing music to comfort others and to help the environment. Teaching is also important to Anna because she believes that anyone can write well if taught how to listen and if their imagination is welcomed, nurtured and encouraged. Anna shares her music-writing gift with ease and confidence with adults and children alike.
